Do you only offer products in US Dollars?
For now, the platform I pay for only offers the possibility of displaying the customer's local currency with an app, but when the payment will be finalized, it returns to a single currency which is the store's official ones. The erArtStudio (erartstudio.com) is my international store with the dollar as currency and is bilingual (English and Portuguese). My national store is Brazilian with the Real as currency and Portuguese language (elkaromero.com.br), both official in Brazil where I was born, live and intend to live until my last day of life. So I removed the app. However, Paypal may change the currency for you before payment. Log in to the Paypal platform without any worries, the order will only be finalized with your authorization, in the currency of your choice.

After I make a purchase, how will I receive my order?
There are 2 ways to get your download links for the order: by email and your store account.

*Customers will receive a link to download their digital products on the checkout thank you page and a link via email that is valid for 30 days.

How do I re-download an order?
You can access all of your past purchases and re-download them from your “my account”.

I can't have (Adobe) Photoshop, (Corel) Paint Shop Pro, (Corel) Painter or Procreate. Which programs do you recommend that I can use layers?

Are you going to make a general call for Creative Team?
I don't intend to make public calls for Creative Team. I'll just leave positions available for anyone who's looking for them and they will go through a smooth selection process. However, those who subscribe to the Newsletter will be the first to receive invitations and calls for selections and interactive games (It is necessary to distinguish the subtle difference between interactive games and competitive ones).

What are the guidelines of the Colorists Creative Team?
Creative Team of Colorists
Do you love coloring line arts and grayscales (coloring pages, mandalas, digital stamps and grayscale pages) and want to be a member of the Creative Team of my personal store erArtStudio (erartstudio.com)?
What I ask:
- Color at least 2 pages of line arts and/or grayscales from the erArtStudio store per month;
- Post your colorings with line arts and/or grayscales (coloring pages, mandalas, digital stamps and pages in gray tones) from the erArtStudio store in your groups and social networks with credits and the store link;
- Participate in challenges and games such as "Color Along" that the team leader creates (the result can count as the 2 monthly pages required);
- Relax and have fun with harmony and tranquility! ;) (My intention is for the team to be committed, but light).
Benefits of being a member of my Creative Team:
- Any of my Line Arts and grayscales products (coloring pages, mandalas, digital stamps and grayscale pages) free of charge for your personal use;
- Access to the Creative Team’s Private Area.

What I ask from you:
- Create at least 2 layouts (LOs) per month;
- Post the LOs in gallaries, blog (if you have any), Facebook groups (including mine) and your social media;
- Promote sales and other events with your LOs in the places mentioned above;
- Join in the challenges and games;
- Relax and have fun with harmony and tranquility! ;) (My intention is for the team to be compromised, but light).
Benefits of being a member of my Creative Team:
- Any of my digital scrapbook products freely for your personal use;
- Access for the Creative Team Private Area.

INTUITIVE ART

What do you mean when you say "digital arts created naturally and in an intuitive way"?
I mean arts created without the use of techniques other than those which are perceived in my soul.

Is it mediumistic art?
No. It is not an art created by a connected spirit that can be done even with eyes closed. Rest assured, because I am not violating any moral law of spiritualism.

What is erArtStudio & erAIcurious?
The erArtStudio & erAIcurious is kind a partnership between me and myself (LOL), my natural and intuitive side (erArtStudio) with my technological side (erAIcurious).

What is the main diference between erArtStudio and erAIcurious?
It is the way the images are created. The erArtStudio images (arts and illustrations) are created natural and intuitively, and the erAIcurious images are created by prompts for Ai (prompts engineering), but improved naturally by the artist/illustrator Elka Romero (me) when necessary.

A simple curiosity can become good creations.

Which AI program is used for the creations?
I use more than one. The mixture helps in the complements, what is missing in one for the image to be better, the other has it and there is no perfect one, although some results are very satisfactory. Here are some AI sites: Leonardo.Ai , Microsoft Bing.Ai (Copilot), PlaygroundAi, Dzine.Ai, SeaArt.Ai among others.

Do you use AI prompts for images very often or do you prefer to create naturally?
I definitely prefer to create naturally. In fact, I have been using AI prompts lately only to create photographic images to put as examples on digital scrapbook pages. I use them in place of customer photos to demonstrate how they will look in layout models for my Brazilian store (elkaromero.com.br). In addition, the natural way, whether in traditional or digital mode, helps maintain and improve mental/emotional balance and improves motor skills.
